Today I remembered that when I was in high school my mother told me she would think about killing herself, but would never do it because of what I put her through with my attempt when I was 13.

That didn't fuck me up at all.

Roxy Charmichael is a weird movie. I remember seeing it in the theater as a kid. I remember being sooooo moooooved by the Melissa Ethridge song. AND how weird when Roxy's old BFF has sex with her friend and compares it to Roxy. Its subtle and totally bizarre.
